Krissy blinked as the power went out, looking around as her eyes adjusted to the new darkness. She could've used one of her eye traits, but what was the point? She couldn't believe her ears though, when Shizuka started acting all calm and collected. How stupid was he? Krissy sat there in silence until the power came back on and that idiot decided to take it upon himself to start up a movie night. Krissy refused to take the popcorn he was passing out and got off the couch. "Idiot," she spat at him. "This isn't going to help anyone. What do you think Deidara's gonna do when he comes in here and sees--sees this?!" she said angrily, motioning around the room. "We screwed up. All of us, big time. This isn't a time for relaxing and watching movies!" Yeah, she was pissed off. A lot of the time she forgot that she was third in command in the Akatsuki, but now wasn't one of those times. "Tch, screw this," she said, walking out of the main room and outside.

She had to think of a way to fix this. She didn't care that Xantrex was back, she didn't care that Shizuka was throwing a party, and she didn't care that Zoey was going to die when she came into the hideout. All that mattered was fixing this mess. She noticed only a few minutes after she'd walked out that it was raining. Storming actually, but she didn't care, and whistled for her white cat, who, on instinct, came running. Krissy picked up the cat and sat under the shade of a tree that was a few yards away from the entrance of the hideout. Normally she would've stormed into her room and slammed the door shut, but now was not the time for such immaturity.

Deidara entered the room with a look of pure disgust. These failures were suppose to be his subordinates. The failures were suppose to be the ones to take over when he was long gone and dead? Had he lost his mind believing these mindless worms were capable of anything aside from following orders! The thoughts only fueled his anger until he punched the wall, leaving a whole in it. "You God damned failures! How hard is it to follow simple directions!"

Xantrex found his gaze on the entrance to the main room as their leader walked in, looking more pissed off than he'd ever seen Deidara before. The blond haired scientist cringed when Deidara punched the wall, not daring to imagine what would happen if one of them had been on the other side of his fist of fury. Oh no, this wasn't going to end well at all. And the hell if Xantrex was ever going to get back to his original spot now. He couldn't even pull off a simple takeover right, even with all the information he'd collected. Only now was the severity of this situation starting to hit him, and he could barely even keep his gaze on Deidara as he went off the rack.

It wasn't even a few minutes that Krissy had been outside before, over the rain and the wind, she heard a smash come from inside the hideout. That had to be Deidara. Either that, or someone had started a fight. From the silence that followed the smash though, Krissy figured it was Deidara. How could she have just walked out like that? It made her look like a coward. And, despite what had happened, she would not be looked upon as some kind of kitten. The least she could do for having failed her mission was stand up to Deidara and face her punishment. Immediately Krissy felt terrified. She even started trembling. Putting her white cat down, she stood up and dusted herself off, for what little it did, and tried to regain her composure. Taking a breath, she started back to the hideout.

Krystalia waited a minute before placing a hand on the doorknob and turning it. Though she'd tried to regain her composure, there was still some fear that leaked into her expression, along with shame. It was the expression of a child who knew they'd done very wrong, and had been found out by the one person who was likely to give them the harshest punishment. The door didn't open very much as Krystalia slipped in, and shut the door quietly behind her. She'd heard what Deidara had said a moment before she'd walked in, and it didn't sit well with her. It wasn't her fault that Kazuya had turned into an adult before she'd had the chance to finish him! Okay, no more excuses... she reminded herself. It was what she'd learned from her first and only lesson from Deidara and she'd never forgotten it. Swallowing, Krissy couldn't even bring her gaze to Deidara. The disgust in his voice was more than enough to know the disgust that was on his face. The pink haired child was trying to think of something that might calm Deidara down, but there wasn't much that would do the trick.

Deciding to be bold, and maybe even spare some of the other members of the Akatsuki a beating, Krissy walked up to Deidara, her gaze on the ground, though the way she held herself said she was being extremely cautious. "We all failed our missions. We have no control over any of the villages any more. What are we going to do now?" She asked Deidara, finally bringing her gaze up to him. She knew those first two statements would do nothing but piss him off more, but that hadn't been her intentions at all. She wanted to know what they were going to do next. If anything at all. She was doing her best to hide her fear of being struck down for being so bold as to confront Deidara. It was only partially working. It was about half of her expression right now. The other half was her trying to finally fill her role as 3rd in command. But even that didn't seem to lessen the obvious severity of what had happened.
